PALAZZO FARMHOUSE - RAMATO DELLA FIAMMA 2020

Ramato della Fiamma is a white wine obtained from Trebbiano Romagnolo grapes harvested late to concentrate sugars and extracts. After a soft pressing, the must ferments in 300-liter tonneaux of first passage French oak, where it continues to refine for a further 16 months. On the nose it presents hints of vanilla, honey and ripe tropical fruits. On the palate it is structured, with a good acidity that balances the softness, offering a long and persistent finish.
