At Enoteca Cavour our customers are important and we take the utmost care of your shipments. For this reason we only use patented packaging designed to be robust, isothermal to avoid temperature changes and safe.

Guaranteed shipping

All our shipments are covered by an insurance policy that protects the customer in case of breakage or loss during transport.

Delivery times

Deliveries may take longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery times are on average 2-5 working days. What we have stated does not represent a delivery commitment but a rough indication. The laws relating to the Consumer Code apply to delivery times.

Delivery times may be subject to variations as a result of force majeure beyond the control of Enoteca Cavour 55 and in particular, by way of example but not limited to, strikes, union disputes, atmospheric events.

During periods of special promotions and sales, shipments may be delayed and Enoteca Cavour reserves the right, after notifying customers, to postpone said shipment and indicate the deadline by which to receive the order.

Our Customer Service will keep you updated via email or SMS. Once the shipment is ready, you will receive a tracking code to follow the progress of your order.
