Cavour 55 Wine Shop
Our History
Enoteca Cavour 55, located at number 55 of Corso Cavour in Cesena, is an institution that has its roots in the 70s, when it was founded by the renowned Pasticceria Luciano.
Initially conceived as a complement to the pastry shop, the wine shop quickly established itself as a point of reference for lovers of high-quality wines and spirits.
Thanks to the passion and experience of Jander Pasini, who has led the wine shop for almost fifty years, the place has always offered a careful selection of regional Italian labels and French champagnes, becoming a place of worship for local connoisseurs and beyond.
After a short period of closure, Enoteca Cavour 55 has reopened its doors, renewing its tradition of excellence and continuing to serve prestigious wines and spirits, to which it has added some refined and top-quality gastronomic products.
In particular, during the Christmas holidays, Enoteca Cavour 55 offers a refined selection of food and wine gift ideas, designed to surprise even the most demanding customers.
From fine Italian labels to international wines, to typical products from different regions of Italy, the wine shop offers Christmas baskets and custom gift packages, perfect for those who want to make a unique and refined gift.
Special care is given to the possibility of personalising bottles and baskets, transforming each gift into an exclusive and unforgettable experience.

Our Panettone
Luciano Santagata's panettone was born from the desire to bring a traditional Christmas dessert to Cesena, revisited with the elegance and care typical of his creations.
In the 70s, Santagata decided to adopt the classic Milanese recipe, but with a personalization that made it unique: he used only natural sourdough, fresh citrus fruits candied by hand and a secret blend of selected flours. This long and patient process guaranteed a soft consistency and an unmistakable aroma, which was left to rest for days to reach its perfect maturation.
During the holidays, the Santagata panettone attracted visitors from all over the region, who considered purchasing it almost a ritual marking the beginning of the celebrations.
His panettone was not just a dessert, but an experience: it was often accompanied by selected sweet wines from his wine shop, creating a combination that conquered even the most refined palates.
Santagata himself said that each panettone was a tribute to tradition and a gift of pastry art, and his name became synonymous with Christmas excellence in Cesena and beyond.
The Luciano Pastry Shop
Pasticceria Luciano is a historic institution in Cesena, founded in 1954 by Luciano Santagata, a pastry chef originally from Bologna. After moving to Cesena, Luciano opened his first pastry shop, quickly conquering the palates of Cesena residents with his sweet creations.
