This classic method sparkling wine, produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes, has a bright yellow color with golden reflections and a very fine and persistent perlage. On the nose it offers an intense and complex bouquet, with notes of apricot, exotic fruit, white chocolate, dried fruit, almond candy, zabaglione cream, delicate pastry and a light toasting. On the palate it is elegant and harmonious, with a velvety and composite body; the fragrances of acacia honey and ripe hay combine with floral notes, offering a noble impact and notable persistence.
